Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology (EP) at WCHG

At Williamstown Chiropractic Health Group, our Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services are designed to support your body through all stages of life—from injury recovery and rehabilitation to improving movement, strength, and overall wellbeing.  Our experienced trained Physiotherapist and EP Palak is here to help.

Why Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy focuses on restoring movement and function when someone is affected by injury, pain, or developmental conditions. Using a combination of hands-on treatment, tailored exercises, education, and movement strategies, physiotherapists help people improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and prevent future issues. It supports recovery across all ages and stages—whether it’s rehabilitation after surgery, support for chronic conditions, or helping children reach physical milestones.

Why Exercise Physiology?

Exercise physiology uses movement and exercise to support health, manage chronic conditions, and improve physical function. Accredited Exercise Physiologists (EPs) design safe, evidence-based programs tailored to individual needs—whether it’s managing diabetes, heart disease, injury recovery, or improving strength and mobility. EP is ideal for people looking to build long-term health, prevent injury, and enhance overall wellbeing through guided, functional movement.
